About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Partner Leader to join our team. As the Microsoft Partner Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability through our Microsoft partnership and manage a team of partner managers that align with Microsoft. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and advanced solution groups to bring solutions to market, maximize profitability through Microsoft programs and develop relationships within Microsoft and Microsoft ecosystem partners that deliver value to ITsavvy. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft, Microsoft ecosystem partners and our internal teams, as well as your ability to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
This key role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with Leadership, Sales, CX, Marketing and ASG teams throughout ITsavvy to deliver expected growth. The Partner Manager must know the Microsoft programs front and back, understand market trends and provide insights across our own install base of what solutions can be targeted to which client segments. Most importantly the Partner Manager must be able to collaborate cross-departmentally to maximize the growth and enablement of the ITsavvy Microsoft practice.
Responsibilities:
Advises Sales and Advanced Solutions Group regarding program utilization and available cost support programs; oversee administration and application of programs
Develop, maintain and execute sales pipeline against sales strategies to grow Microsoft CSP revenue throughout vertical markets
Maintains program and documents CSP process expertise
Works with marketing to publish and then promote integrated offers and services through Azure Cloud Marketplace
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability through our Microsoft partnership
Oversee a team with funded heads that cover Microsoft friendly
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and our internal teams
Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective partnership management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our partnership remains competitive and innovative
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase service and solution revenue and margins
Work closely with the Microsoft BDMs, sales, and marketing teams to create and implement effective propensity driven campaigns and promotions
Minimum Qualifications:
Have a sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work, Copilot, Licensing and Azure solutions
BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in working at or with Microsoft in sales, partnership management, business development, or a related field
Highly programmatic, with a proven success to manage cross team initiatives and programs
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships with Microsoft and the Microsoft Ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience working with Microsoft or other technology partners
Experience in the IT Channel
Experience managing a team
