MULTIMEDIA CONTENT CREATOR
The Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that supports Sagrado's brand, marketing efforts, and communications engagement strategies. This position will create creative and unique content for various platforms, including digital, social media, website, and print.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, film production, multimedia production, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in multimedia content creation, preferably in the higher education sector or creative agency environment.
Proficiency in multimedia software and tools, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects), and web platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience producing high-quality content in both digital and print formats.
Strong understanding of trends and best practices, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, in both Spanish and English.
Excellent people and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with coworkers and stakeholders.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for special projects and events.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop engaging multimedia content, including but not limited to videos, photos, graphics, animations, infographics, and interactive media, for use across different platforms and channels.
Conceptualize, storyboard, script, and produce multimedia content that effectively communicates the unique aspects of Sagrado, including academic programs, campus life, student achievements, faculty expertise, and institutional events.
Capture and edit short-form and long-form videos and photography, ensuring that the content meets requested specifications and aligns with the intended narrative vision.
Work closely with the marketing and communications teams, and other internal departments to understand content needs and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Manage and maintain institutional branding through consistent multimedia design and messaging.
Optimize multimedia content for different platforms and channels to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
Adapt content formats and styles to suit the preferences and behaviors of target audiences across various digital platforms and devices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the marketing team, academic departments, student organizations, and administration, to gather content ideas and feedback to improve quality and effectiveness.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis, audience feedback, and industry best practices.
Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership to inform strategic decision-making and optimize content strategies.
Maintain an organized digital library of multimedia assets in for easy access.
