Location
This position is 100% remote; this position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events.
Overview
Mobile Health is recruiting a part-time Operations Coordinator- Scribe, a role that will be critical to Mobile Health's growth from a local occupational health provider to a national provider. The Scribe will primarily be responsible for transcribing completed paperwork from our growing network of provider facilities (mostly urgent care centers) across the country and accurately transcribing them into our electronic health record platform. This position is 20 hours a week with a flexible build-your-own schedule.
The Operations Coordinator-Scribe will work as part of a tightly knit cross-functional Network Office Team to grow Mobile Health's national footprint. The Network Office team has autonomy and flexible structure to work together to reach its goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
§ Transcribing completed paperwork into the Mobile Health EHR system
§ Maintaining workflow queue to clear outstanding paperwork
§ Documenting any discrepancies found in paperwork for Network Office to investigate
§ Fostering close communication with the Network Operations Coordinators
