Description
Responsibilities:
Continuously ensures that the team under their supervision is carrying out daily operations in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Provides Managers with the tools needed to guarantee excellent customer service.
Visits locations, identifies areas of opportunity, analyzes situations, and recommends appropriate solutions.
Continuously reviews reports submitted by different departments and determines the need for strategic changes to achieve goals and objectives.
Guides, trains, and advises the team to foster continuous improvement in locations operations.
Collaborates with various departments to develop an integrated operations plan and supports the planning and implementation of their goals and objectives.
Supports the Marketing Department in implementing strategies to boost sales.
Analyzes daily financial results
(Profit & Loss)
for each area.
Continuously monitors operations to identify opportunities to increase profitability, enhance customer service, improve the effectiveness of training, and minimize employee turnover as much as possible.
Collaborates with Managers to develop annual plans for each operation.
Completes Performance Evaluations and Individual Development Plans for each Manager, and holds one-on-one meetings with them.
Supports recognition programs and motivates restaurant associates at all levels.
Assists with labor investigations.
Assesses managerial staffing needs, conducts interviews, recommends candidates, and develops management personnel as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
Fully bilingual, English/Spanish
Intermediate understanding of mathematical concepts, including the ability to calculate figures and quantities such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, fax machines, and calculators.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines while multitasking.
Skills to meet goals efficiently and effectively.
