Position **Paint Department Sales Associate - Bozeman location**
Description Kenyon Noble's Paint Department at the Bozeman location is currently taking applications & interviewing for a full-time paint associate to become an integral part of the Kenyon Noble team! You will be responsible for selling products and merchandising in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Position includes Sunday thru Thursday; closing weekday shifts (10am - 7pm) and Sundays (9am - 6pm), with 1-hour lunches.
Responsibilities
* Mixing & matching paint
* Helping customers find products to complete their paint projects
* Assisting with customers in finding their paint color
* Welcome and identify customer needs
* Explain products and services to customers
* Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
* Enter and process customer orders
* Investigate and resolve customer issues
* Retrieve material from shelves and pallets, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
* Tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish the difference between colors
* Operate a computer and communicate via the telephone
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints
* Positive attitude
No experience necessary - we will train!
Competitive Salary, starting at $17+ / hr, Depending on Experience
