Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Position Summary

Summary:
The Ambulatory Patient Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the scheduling, registering, and follow up with appointments, superbills and schedules for all clinical providers in various ambulatory sites. The representative will answer telephones, schedule face to face and telephone appointments, follow up on superbills, collect and submit copayments, follow up on broken/cancelled appointments and provide support to the patient financial service department and clinical departments as needed.

Education Required
Must complete in-house orientation program
High School or GED required

Speaks, reads and writes English
Well organized
