Payroll Specialist (Part-Time)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple clients on a bi-weekly and bi-monthly.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and bonuses.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of quarterly and annual
payroll returns.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2 and 480 forms.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software preferred (e.g., ADP).
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent support.
• English language proficiency is a must.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
