The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Coordinator to support our Global People Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient People processes across multiple regions. You will collaborate with various People teams, supporting functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for supporting global People initiatives. The day to day: Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the coordination of new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system setups, and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with global and local regulations. HRIS Management: Support management of employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity across global regions. Employee Records & Compliance: Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data privacy regulations. Assist with audits and ensure timely updates of employee files. Inbox Management & Employee Support: Manage the People inbox, responding promptly to employee inquiries related to People processes, policies, and procedures. Provide accurate information and support to employees across different regions. People Projects: Assist with the planning and execution of global People projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between People teams, employees, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of People activities across regions. What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated administrative experience within a People organization Ability to use an HR information system to access, input and compile data Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience in a fast-paced, global environment is preferred.
