Perishable Air Export Agent

PERISHABLE AIRFREIGHT OPERATIONS, LOS ANGELES
An opportunity has opened at Mainfreight Los Angeles. We are looking for the right person to take on the Perishable Air Freight Operations role within the Los Angeles Air Team!
You will be responsible for all air freight export activities, supporting sales, and growing client relationships. In addition, responsibilities include negotiation with airlines and vendors, related accounting and operational activities, maintaining compliance standards, and KPI management internally and for our customers.
Main tasks include but not limited to:Working closely with your team and our customersHandling export air freight shipments from A-Z starting all the way from pick up at the airline to final delivery & invoicingLiaising & building solid relationships with our global team and overseas partnersAssisting in the training of new team members as they come on boardWorking closely with our customersBooking with vendors/agentsQuotingInvoicingHandling client queries
