The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being
Duties Include:
Conduct comprehensive assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports. Provide direct physical therapy services to students, in both individual and group settings. Educate students, families, and school staff regarding strategies for promoting independence, mobility, and overall physical well-being. Requirements
-CPR certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
-Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
-Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
-Current state licensures or eligibility for licensures as a Physical Therapist.
-Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
-Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
-Experience working in various settings such as outpatient, inpatient, home health, or schools is preferred.
