This position involves the design and testing of controls software for autonomous vehicle operation. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on algorithms or analysis related to real-world driving scenarios and have the opportunity to prototype and test production code on the Zoox vehicle platform.
Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements Working towards an engineering degree in Computer Science, Mechanical engineering or a related field. Some course work or extra curricular project experience in either robotics, mechatronics or controls. Examples could include automotive, drones, or other physical moving systems. Experience with C++Optional experience with Python Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
