About the role We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager on our Enterprise team. You will focus on building out our enterprise platform to power Chime products that we offer to employees of our enterprise customers.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $168,000 and up to $211,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs, our operational landscape, and our competitors. Build and execute on the Chime Enterprise product roadmap. Integrate the Chime Enterprise platform with the various systems across the HR and Payroll landscape. Serve as a cross-functional product leader between Chime Financial and Chime Enterprise. Design and build interfaces and tools for Implementation Managers, Customer Success, and Support. Have a strong analytical background and understanding of the impact that the work you are executing is delivering on company metrics. Work collaboratively with user research, engineering, design, operations, compliance, marketing, and other teams to build features collaboratively. To thrive in this role, you have Strong empathy for users and an aim to discover and resolve their pain points. Experience with using analytics and data to make difficult decisions. Ability to collaborate across different stakeholders across different parts of the organization. Experience as a product manager building systems, including developing and managing APIs. 5+ years of experience as a product manager. HR/Payroll Tech experience is a plus.
