Policy Specialist
Looking for a Policy Specialist to join a team that's responsible for handling complex and high-risk policy inquiries coming from Customer Support and Operations teams. This involves solving some of the most complex Trust & Safety challenges of our time.
Scope:
• Serve as subject matter expert to provide policy guidance for Customer Support and Operations agents
• Solve some of the most complex issues and challenges related to policies that govern multi-dimensional platforms across global communities
• Investigate and resolve complex cases adeptly and efficiently daily
• Support initiatives to increase policy adherence and quality
• Triage high risk cases for consultation with key stakeholders like Legal and Comms
Required:
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities and strong attention to detail
• Thoughtful business judgment, critical thinking, and ability to work well under pressure - especially how to balance competing priorities
• Ability to explain and simplify complex information to others, and do so in a kind manner
• Experience working closely with or on a Customer Support or Operations team
Pluses:
• Background in the Trust and Safety space
• Experience leading trainings or onboarding others
• Experience doing quality assessments or running audits
• Experience in running investigations or running risk assessments for a tech company

Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
