Hybrid working arrangementOffice based in Boston's Back BayAbout Our Client REIT based in Boston, which specializes in acquiring and redeveloping urban mixed-use and commercial buildings. They have hundreds of millions of dollars in assets under management.
Job Description Assists the Asset Management team with all asset management duties including leading the commercial leasing and tenant lifecycle efforts. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and third-party brokerage relationships. Tasks may include the preparation and review of marketing materials; commercial portfolio metric analysis, development and delivery of periodic property occupancy reports, support for the development of operating budgets, and tenant billbacks. Lastly, the Portfolio Manager will support acquisition and financing underwriting.

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
Develop strategy and execute on leasing/renewals for commercial portfolioEstablish and maintain relationships with tenant contactsWork with colleagues to oversee programming and content delivered to tenantsPerform analysis supporting leasing activity and share with managementResearch market data supporting real estate strategies and transaction objectivesAssist with the development of annual property operating budgetsPrepare periodic portfolio analysis and reportingSupport property acquisitions by assisting with due diligence activitiesProvide leasing data and market knowledge in support of various financing effortsAssist with special projects when necessarySupport the operation and implementation of various data systems within organizational work processesForge strong relationships with brokerage partners and work to resolve challenges; communicate concerns up internal and external chains of command when expectations are not being met.Assess implementation of strategic initiatives, operational and management performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and communicate those opportunities among relevant internal and external teams.The Successful Applicant In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
