Your Role:
As a Product Commercialization Manager, you will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering on new product development and product changes. You will play a vitally important role and will help to remove roadblocks and implement continuous improvements. You will have the opportunity to: Lead project governance processes and ensure stakeholder alignment. Maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timing. Challenge project teams to collectively and efficiently manage project delivery. Develop and manage project timelines, success criteria, issues, risks, opportunities, and assumptions. Escalate issues and risks and drive to solutions. Evaluate and make recommendations around critical project decisions. Provide visibility and gain alignment to projects across the organization. Hold cross functional team members accountable for delivering tasks on time. Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, and trackers. Ultimately, you will recommend enhancements, research, customer demand, and timing that will drive our product forward so that we are constantly innovating. Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Project. Icing on the cake: MBA or other advanced degree.
