Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Implement and maintain master program schedule
Develop and maintaining aggregate cashflow projections
Monitor Budget vs. Actuals expenditures on all projects
Review and audit schedules provided by others to ensure required information is provided
Develop, monitor and maintain scheduling metrics/KPIs for program
Ensure progress schedules are updated on a monthly basis
Prepare program cashflow projections
Prepare program summary reports
Audit project design schedules prepared by others
Review invoices of design firms for conformity with contract requirements and project completion progress
Preparing Standard Operating Procedure regarding Project Controls best practices. Provide training, as required.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
5 years + of experience creating, monitoring, and maintaining master schedules for pre-construction activities of capital infrastructure programs (preferably highway related)
Previous scheduling experience required
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred
