Project Management Specialist

Terms of Employment • W2 Contract, 24 months
• This position is hybrid. The office is located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
• The work schedule is 8 AM-4 PM. Monday & Friday are remote, Tuesday - Thursday are onsite.
• There may be required onsite days for Monday and Friday with advanced notice given.
Overview : Our client is looking for a Project Management Analyst to support new transmission and substation businesses. As a Project Management Analyst, you will process data, build functional reports, and provide an introductory analysis of the data based on factors provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of numbers and trends, both operational and financial.
Responsibilities • Create and process Contract Payment Authorizations (CPAs) and Invoice Checklists, Contract Requisitions (CREQs), Contract Change Requests (CCRs).
• Create and monitor Work Orders and Work Order Tasks (WO/WOT).
• Create and monitor Material Requests and Job Site Delivery (MRs).
• Create Service Requests (SRs) • Assist with monthly reporting in regards to Project/Program Progress.
• Create and maintain work folders/OneDrive.
• Support Project Closeout by clearing FIN005 Reports and assisting with Asset Map Rows (AMRs).
• Assist with creating Bid Packages, Bid Evaluation and audit of Contractors Of Choice/Engineers Of Choice Estimates.
• Estimate Requests
• Create and modify excel spreadsheets to support data analysis including up to working in PowerBI, access databases, and other MS Office software.
Required Skills & Experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or Engineering.
• 5-10 years of related experience.
• Experience performing data analytics using Excel and PowerBi.
• Proficient in Bluebeam or AdobePro, Procore, and Office365.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
