Job Description Lead and manage all phases of affordable housing construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Oversee budget management and cost control measures. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Provide leadership and direction to project teams. Foster positive relationships with clients and community partners. Prepare and present project progress reports. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on affordable housing. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in construction management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
