Job Title: Project Manager - Resource Management and Budgeting

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the effective planning, monitoring, and control of project resources and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of pharmaceutical development and clinical trial projects. Utilizing SAP and UNITY tools, the Project Manager will optimize resource utilization, manage project finances, and provide accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive resource plans, including staffing, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
Coordinate with functional teams to allocate resources efficiently and minimize conflicts.
Monitor and adjust resource assignments to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Identify and mitigate resource-related risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
Prepare project budgets and manage the financial aspects of projects.
Track and report on project costs, variances, and forecasts using SAP and UNITY tools.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure effective budget management and cost control.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to project stakeholders.
Project Reporting and Governance:
Establish and maintain project reporting systems using SAP and UNITY tools
Generate timely and accurate project status reports, including resource utilization, budget performance, and risk assessment.
Facilitate project governance meetings and communicate project performance to stakeholders.
Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus.
Proficient in the use of SAP and UNITY tools for project management, resource planning, and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
