Job Title: Project Manager
Location: College Park, MD
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
My client is a contractor based in College Park, who has been in business for over 25 years. They are one of the top restoration companies on the East Coast and are looking for a project manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have project management experience with masonry or historic restoration, if that sounds like you, let's connect!
Responsibilities
Project coordination and communication of key activities, site inspections and milestones with owner, architect/engineer.Compile estimates for bid opportunities.Develop client relationships. Estimate project change orders and maintain change order log.Compile and manage project RFIs.Track repair quantities and compile as-built documentation throughout projects.Progress tracking, analysis and forecasting of material, equipment needs and schedule.Financial tracking and cost projections.Developing two week and project schedule updates to discuss with project team.Update overall schedule and project team with work progress to date.
Qualifications
5+ years of previous experience in restoration, construction management or related fields.Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferredOSHA 10/30Proficient in Microsoft Office
