Job Title: Physical Therapist Job Specialty: Physical Therapy Job Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Guaranteed Hours: Experience: License: Certifications: Must-Have: Job Description: - Provide physical therapy services to primarily adult outpatient and some swing bed patients.- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving physical function and mobility.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.- Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions.- Encourage and motivate patients during their therapy sessions.- Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes necessary for rehabilitation.- No weekend shifts required.
