Description Job Title: QA Nursing Specialist

Reports To: VP of Quality Assurance & Staff Development

Job Overview: The QA Nursing Specialist serves as part of the Quality Assurance Team and assists with medically related audits,
documentation and reporting.

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities, chronic disease and social determinants of health.
• Ability to engage people with behavioral health needs.
• Ability to teach and lead others while providing medical expertise.
• Ability to speak and convey medical information to groups of people.
