This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Be part of a repair team and troubleshoot / repair cutting-edge-technology printed circuit boards Work most of the day in a clean-room environment Operate specialized testing tools, including high-end flying probe testers Operate specialized repair tools, including Laser repair tools Learn to detect and identify defects through adequate interpretation of key basic electrical results Communicate with team lead and engineering department and assist with adequate repair planning Perform repairs and document appropriately to insure traceability Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery and software, such as computers, emails, computer printer, etc. Frequently moves electronic parts and equipment weighing up to 15 pounds across the cleanroom. Work under CWW_12hr shift scheduleEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED Preferable: degree in electrical engineering or related discipline Preferable: 1 year work manufacturing experience in PCB or micro-electronics industry Preferable: work experience in a Clean room environment Optional: familiarity with key process steps from micro-electronics industry, including Photolithography, thin film deposition and Plating process. Must: Excellent track records with and/or Strong Interest in hands-on work Must: be able to work using stereoscopes and microscope. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination Preferable: Experience with MEMS (micro electro mechanical systems) fabrication Must: Familiar with basic electrical measurement tools (ex: voltmeter) Preferable: certificate in soldering Preferable: Experience in troubleshooting, and repairing PCB board Must: Excellent track records with neat, organized, fast-pace work environments Must: Have rudimentary understanding of Excel software Preferable: proficient with Allegro, advanced Excel usability, AUTOCAD Preferable: knowledgeable of Pick and Place operations Preferable: basic knowledge in Laser repair tool Education: Preferable: degree in electrical engineering or related discipline Preferable: certificate in soldering The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $27.90 and $36.59. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
