As a Receptionist/Front Desk Admin, you will: Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Develop long-last customer relationships with clients of varied state, educational and corporate industries Manage client lists to ensure needs are satisfied and exceptional service is provided on a day-to-day basis Initiate client requests by creating internal job document, ordering necessary materials, coordinating shipping or delivery of final product. Answer client's queries pertaining to their accounts through email, phone, and in-person meetings. Manage different organization's online ordering portals. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Generate various production management and customer required reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will have: Ability to thrive in a quick-turn, high-paced environment. Ability to learn quickly to understand new software interfaces. Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining sharp attention to detail with well developed organization skills. Possess a high degree of patience when dealing with customers and employees Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word). A natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity. Experience in the printing/mailing industry is preferred, but not required. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
