We're looking for a
Receptionist, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States.
Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. Preparing meeting and training rooms. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Sorting and distributing mail. Scheduling appointments.

High School Diploma or GED
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or any related field Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
