Executive Search - Recruiting Intern Looking to supplement your classroom learning with real-world experience? Variant Partners is looking to add an inquisitive individual to their part-time internship program! About the Role This internship will have a strong recruiting focus. This role could be partially remote and will start off as part-time, with hours being flexible. Your day-to-day would include:
Social media coordination and website maintenance CRM/ATS data mining and entry Creating, sending, and monitoring replies from mass email and LinkedIn campaigns Conversing with candidates to explore potential fits for job opportunities Identifying candidate matches, scheduling interviews, and communicating feedback with candidates and recruiters Other projects as they come up What you will get Paid!
