The successful candidate will be responsible for executive-level management of financial resources, strategic planning, and development of the finance organization within the specified ministry markets. This role requires a leader who can ensure the stewardship and safeguarding of the organization's assets, drive collective responsibility for business operations, and maintain sound financial management. The Regional CFO, SVP will also be tasked with formulating and overseeing financial planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with market leadership teams, as well as leading effective business operating reviews to monitor the achievement of strategic and financial goals.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of cumulative job-specific experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role. The role demands a leader who can support financial, operational, and strategic initiatives, and who is adept at overseeing the execution of business strategies to improve performance metrics.
