Candidates for the RVP CS position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in an account executive or sales executive capacity, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare IT, particularly with health plans and related service providers. The role requires specialized skills in managing relationships with complex products and clients, as well as strong administrative, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in computer applications such as Salesforce, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in healthcare practice management is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, achieving high client satisfaction, and fostering strategic partnerships.
