The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, with a focus on consistently delivering against team revenue goals. This role requires a leader who can not only hire and develop experienced sales professionals but also provide support throughout strategic sales cycles, particularly in understanding customer needs and mapping them to the value of the company's solutions. The RVP will be expected to have a successful track record in Strategic sales, a deep understanding of the challenges facing the team, and the ability to clear the way for their success.

Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience managing high-performing software sales teams, preferably in a SaaS environment, and at least 4 years' of experience managing an Enterprise sales team within major or large accounts. The role demands a leader with a proven track record of exceeding quota, both as a manager and individual contributor, and previous experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing a sales team. Excellent communication skills, high business acumen, and the ability to engage with senior sales leadership are essential. While not mandatory, experience with the company's technology is preferred.

The ideal candidate for the RVP Enterprise Sales position at the company will be a champion of operating principles, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive sales environment. Responsibilities also include partnering with sales leadership to refine sales processes, and regularly reporting on team and individual results.
