Applicants for the Regional Vice President Event Sales position at the company should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree, previous multi-unit catering and event management experience, and at least 7-10 years of multi-property catering sales team leadership. Extensive experience in catering sales is a must, as is the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels. The role requires a proactive individual who is knowledgeable about targeted marketing techniques, can provide creative revenue solutions, and is dedicated to maintaining a strong customer experience while driving sales.
