The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting a select group of clubs in generating food and beverage revenues, with a focus on catering, banquets, and room sales. This role involves partnering with the clubs to create and execute revenue planning, providing sales management, and ensuring that all national offerings are aligned with driving revenues and profitability. The Regional VP will also be expected to have a strong background in multi-unit catering and private event management, with the ability to lead a sales team and strengthen the clubs' sales efforts.

Applicants for the Regional VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in multi-property catering sales team leadership. The role requires the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels, as well as a proven track record in enhancing catering sales while maintaining a high level of customer experience. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in targeted marketing techniques and be able to provide creative revenue solutions for properties with low catering sales performance. The position is remote, with travel required for approximately 50% of the time, and the candidate must be prepared to work closely with the Senior Vice President of Private Event Sales and the Senior Vice President of Operations in the Atlantic Region.
