The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and directing field sales districts and areas, leading a sales team to ensure effective and profitable selling activities, and developing and executing a field sales plan aligned with the company's overall strategy. This role requires a focus on customer and partner management, talent development, and solution selling. The Regional Vice President will also be expected to contribute to product development, manage growth and market share, and balance top-line growth with price management. The position demands a motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical sales, a minimum of 5 years' industrial product sales experience, and at least 3 years of sales team management experience.

Candidates for the Regional Vice President, Sales role at the company should have a background in industrial product sales, with a preference for experience in electrical or heavy industrial markets. A successful track record in sales and commercial experience, including managing direct or agent teams and senior-level sales talent, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at sales planning and forecasting, and be able to analyze and recommend changes in sales force activities to maximize profitability.
