Register Nurse

Title : Register Nurse Location : Location: Aguadilla, PR (Onsite) Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (No weekends or evenings) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical services.
Responsibilities - Conduct physical examinations and health assessments - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans - Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions and treatments - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements - Valid RN license - Experience in internal medicine, trauma medicine, ICU, or medical office settings preferred - Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation - Knowledge of airway management techniques - Familiarity with mammography procedures is a plus - Ability to perform physical examinations and provide home care services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
