Requirements: Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and delivering excellent customer service. Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
