What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
- Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities
- Excellent customer service skills
What You need:
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
How you will lead:
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
- Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver the right answer to the customer
