Resident Construction Inspector

Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time resident inspector for a construction project in the metropolitan area of Puerto Rico. The functions of the Inspector include, but are not limited to, performing daily inspections throughout the construction process, and ensuring that the project is executed as designed, prepare daily and monthly reports, etc.
Requirements
The minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or equivalent experience, 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project inspection.
EIT or PE license is required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
