Qualified Candidates must have experience with affordable housing property management. This is a HUD/Section8/Tax Credit Property. At least 2 years of experience in managing apartment community of 150 plus units. Experience in supervising team of 2 employees. Must be goals oriented and have a warm personality. Salary range: $68,000 - $103,000 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $68,000 - $85,000 per year, DOE.
