JOB SUMMARY The RN Case Management Manager oversees daily operations and supervision of the NCH RN Inpatient and Emergency Department Case Management Team at all NCH campuses. They promote patient/family focused care, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide mentorship to RN case managers.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of BSN required: MSN preferred 2+ years of supervisory/lead/manager level experience in hospital Case Management Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
