Responsibilities

In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.
NICU Nurse Role:
Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity setting Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations Proficiency with telemetry / cardiac Monitoring Passion for excellence in delivering quality care

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
One year experience as an RN
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
BLS AHA with skills demonstration
NRP & STBL (6 months)
Preferred Qualifications:
One (2) years of RN experience on a NICU Level III
Bachelors in Nursing Preferred
