Title -RN StepdownLocation - Panorama City, CADuration - 13 weeksShift - Nights; 36hrs/week Pay Package:W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) $25.50 W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time) $38.25 Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem $1,939.00 Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $3,010.00 Responsibilities: Regularly assess vital signs, monitor heart rhythms, and observe for changes in condition. Give medications as prescribed, including IV medications, and monitor for side effects. Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and plan appropriate care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized care plans. Provide education to patients and families about their conditions, medications, and post-discharge care. Required 2 years recent RN Stepdown (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
