Salary: Up to $55 per hour Responsibilities: Manage resident/patient care and staff activities during your shift. Oversee care plans and use appropriate teaching methods. Supervise, instruct, and evaluate nursing personnel. Participate in meetings and collaborate with the Unit Manager. Maintain records to meet regulatory requirements and audit documentation. Prepare statistics and reports for Nursing Administration. Handle medical emergencies and contact appropriate personnel. Counsel staff on performance issues. Complete assessments and obtain physician orders for new admissions.
