Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and a passion for creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
Inspect rooms for damage, missing items, or any maintenance issues, and report them to management.
Replace and restock items such as drinks and snacks in guest room mini-bars, if applicable.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in public areas and hallways as needed.
Follow hotel procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Respond to guest requests or questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
