Summary
The Compliance Route Auditor Supervisor reports directly to the Senior Director of Program Compliance and is responsible for overseeing the SB Auditors. This role ensures that SB 1383 Route Reviews and contractual Route Audits are carried out efficiently and within established deadlines. A thorough understanding of SB 1383 Route Review and Route Audit requirements, as outlined in contracts with Athens and various jurisdictions, is essential. Additionally, the Compliance Route Auditor Supervisor is tasked with monitoring, evaluating, and verifying the accuracy of audit data.
Job Description Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with auditors and the compliance team to conduct contractual route audits. Assess audit data from route reviews and audits. Assist each division in meeting SB 1383 route review requirements. Coordinate with route supervisors to communicate and schedule audits. Develop and manage the annual audit schedule for all divisions. Prepare route maps to support auditors. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. Strong attention to detail. Superior organizational abilities. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Experience with 3rd Eye, Appsheet, Tableau, and Soft-Pak applications. Physical/Environmental Demands: Physical: Standing, walking, seeing, hearing, sitting & smelling continuously. Problem solving, oral/written communication, analytical ability, concentration, & interpersonal abilities continuously. Bending, reaching, stretching, foot (pedaling) and lifting = 50 Lbs. frequently. Eye/hand coordination, handling, & wrist motion continuously. Environmental: Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, grease, oil, chemicals, wet/hot conditions, & noise continuously. Works inside and outside. Salary: $66,560 - $96,217 per year
