As a Sales & Customer Relations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This multifaceted position involves various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between the sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate and organize sales meetings, conferences, and events.
Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
2. Customer Relations:
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely, professional, and accurate responses.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized and up-to-date files related to sales activities and customer interactions.
Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory when necessary.
Handle routine administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team and the logistics department to ensure product availability and proper scheduling of deliveries.
4. Communication:
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments within the organization.
Keep stakeholders informed of important updates, promotions, and changes in products or services.
5. Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
6. Training and Development:
Provide training and support to sales team members on administrative processes and CRM usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
