As a Sales & Customer Relations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized and up-to-date files related to sales activities and customer interactions.
Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory when necessary.
Handle routine administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team and the logistics department to ensure product availability and proper scheduling of deliveries.
4. Communication:
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments within the organization.
Keep stakeholders informed of important updates, promotions, and changes in products or services.
5. Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:
