Job Description:
The person in this position will be experienced in managing and completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration, governance, and developments.
The person in this position will work individually with less mentorship and report to the team leads toa apply their cumulative knowledge, skills, and ability to solve day to day business problems.
This person will be a key contributor to the project at different phases including discovery, solution generation, design, and the detailing of the overall process.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.
Translate Business User functional requests requirements to build technical objects utilizing best practices.
Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
The ability to research and apply OSS notes as required to resolve issues.
