Secondary Market Specialist

Education
Bachelors, Associate or Equivalent in Business Administration.
Mortgage related specialized courses preferable.
Requirements
Fully Bilingual.(Written and Oral)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of Mortgage applications software.
Knowledge of procedures and regulations in the mortgage banking industry.
Excellent in interpersonal relationships.
Ability to work multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to work under little supervision.
Responsabilities
Assist the handling and the process of "Securitization".
Coordinate transactions between banks and other institutions.
Assist in managing credit lines
Keep up to date the certifications of GNMA pooles.
Identify areas to improve within the established processes.
Maintain close communication with the accounting department and keep you informed of daily transactions
