Job Overview:
As the Secretary of MYFinancial, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of the organization and ensuring effective communication and coordination among board members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate minutes of board meetings and other organizational meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and reports in collaboration with the President.
- Manage organizational correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain official records and documents, including bylaws, policies, and organizational filings.
- Assist with the organization of events, workshops, and other activities as needed.
-Coordinate with other board members and committees to facilitate decision-making and follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
