Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional administrative support in a professional environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in various office software and phone systems is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage all incoming/outgoing calls.
Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes.
Maintain office inventory up to date
Provide administrative support to team members as required.
Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Familiarity with calendar management and clerical tasks is essential.
Experience working as a medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English is highly desirable.

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,700.00 per month
