They are expanding their team and seeking multiple dynamic Business Development Executives. These roles involve selling directly to clients and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Ideal candidates will excel in identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations, pitching solutions, and negotiating contracts, driving company growth by building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, including calls, presentations, data collection, pitching, negotiation, and finalizing.
• Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline aligned with short, medium, and long-term targets.
• Understand client objectives, business needs, ROI goals, and respond comprehensively to RFPs.
• Engage potential clients through meetings, calls, and emails, providing guidance on offerings, developments, and promotions.
• Establish and nurture client relationships with regular progress reviews.
• Master the company's product portfolio and pricing structures.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to inform strategic sales approaches.
• Craft client proposals and contracts with meticulous detail and accuracy.
• Deliver comprehensive briefs on promotion costs and redemption rates for seamless handover to client services during campaign implementation.
Qualifications:
• Over five years of successful sales experience driving business growth with impactful strategies selling directly to large brands
• Experience from a customer loyalty agency or rewards focused solutions company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen ability to listen and respond effectively.
• Skilled in building productive client and colleague relationships, enhancing company and client value with a robust client engagement portfolio.
• Deep understanding of marketing methodologies, applying a consultative approach with clients.
• Strategic and business-oriented decision-making, prioritizing optimized outcomes for the company and clients.
