Responsibilities You will interact with both clients and internal ClearView teams to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:
Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approachCollaborate with ClearView leadership and clients to design and execute on project workstreamsComplete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insightsDeliver recommendations directly to client and manage client needs throughout projectMentor and develop skills of more junior team membersUtilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-makingAt ClearView, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and refine a broad range of expertise, skills, and connections that will heighten for your career.
Requirements The successful life sciences senior consultant candidate must have the following skills and experience:
Framework for how to tackle more complex problems (does not need to tackle independently)Ability to establish rapid credibility and trust with leadership members and active thought partnership in internal discussionsClear written and verbal communications via written deliverables, including more complex conceptsTrusted to drive the majority of content and process related client communicationDemonstrated strong mentorship for 1 - 2 team members in addition to owning their own specific workstreamMay still require some support for challenging client situations and problem solvingMinimum 4 years of life sciences strategy consulting experienceUndergraduate degree in a life sciences disciplineThe first-year base salary for this position is $160,000.
In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
